About

Frank and Amanda enjoy creating together. Frank salvaged wood from a home remodel with a clear vision for transforming reclaimed countertops and the like into beautiful pieces of jewelry and furniture. Amanda started collecting rocks along the CA Big Sur coast, which became a passion of catharsis, a therapeutic release from the stresses of daily life. Once home, she would tumble them to bring their beauty and brilliance to life. Together they would create jewelry from these mediums and gift them to family and friends. When sharing the back story of how a countertop was repurposed as a necklace or rocks collected and repurposed as earrings-they were shocked! This became more than a hobby, and with the encouragement of family and friends, Frank and Amanda conceived of Araquin Jewelry.

Our Hand-Crafted Jewelry Collection

Araquin Jewelry is meticulously crafted, one-of-a-kind jewelry made from sustainable sources. Designer and woodworker, Frank’s first collection of jewelry designs use reclaimed wood and bio-based colored resin. The second collection, still in progress, will feature the beauty of wood, resin, and stone. A teaser, some of the stone jewelry is featured throughout the first collection.
